De danske herrer fortsætter med at vinde medaljer ved EM i München, Tyskland – i dag blev det til hele tre medaljer, som blev fordelt således:
Guld til Thomas Larsen og Bronze til Carsten W. Hansen i All Event
Bronze til Team (5- mands hold).
Det blev en forrygende afslutning på teamkonkurrencen. Det danske hold spillede sig i sidste og afgørende serie op på en 2. plads og kvalificerede sig til semifinalen mod Sverige – denne kamp tabte de desværre med 1072-1030. – Så Bronze til Danmark i Team. Sverige formåede at gå hele vejen ved at vinde finalen over værtsnationen Tyskland med 1051-973.
I forbindelse med den sidste serie i teamkonkurrencen blev det samtidig afgjort, hvem der tog medaljer i All Event disciplinen. Disciplinen afgøres med det samlede keglefald over de fire første discipliner. Her blev det til dansk Guld til Thomas Larsen og han fik selskab på sejrspodiet ved Carsten W. Hansen, som spillede sig op på en samlet tredjeplads og dermed vandt Bronze.
I morgen begynder “Masters” og her har Danmark hele 4 atleter med blandt de 24 deltagere – så kig med fra kl.: 9:00, hvor Mik Stampe ligger ud med at møde Jord Van Weeren fra Holland i Step 1. I step 2 træder Thomas Larsen, Carsten W. Hansen og Jesper Agerbo ind i Masters.
